New to Refilling?
How It Works
Save your empty bottles and containers and bring them along to the shop when you need to stock up. If you forget, don’t worry, we keep a collection of bottles and jars to reuse, along with free paper bags for dried goods.
Weigh
In the shop, use the scales to weigh your empty containers, print off a label and attach it to the container. This will tell us how much weight to take off at the till.
Fill
Then you can fill your container which as much as you need.
Weigh
Re-weigh the filled container, printing off another label which shows the total weight.
Pay
Finally, take your shopping to the till where you will only pay for the weight of the product you have selected.
