We want you to be happy with your purchases, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if there are any problems with your order.

Faulty item?

If a product you have purchased is faulty or not up to our usual high standard, then please get in touch and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Please note we can only provide refund or replacement for faulty items within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will be returned in the same way you made payment, if you paid by card it can take 3-5 days for the money to show in your bank account although in our experience it’s usually much quicker.

Changed your mind?

If you have changed your mind about a purchase and it is still in it’s original packaging and saleable quality, we are able to offer an exchange or credit note, simply pop into one of our stores with your proof of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges for food, toiletries or sanitary ware items due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty (see above). Please note we can only provide an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase.
