Delivery and Packaging

Deliveries

All orders placed Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following business day for items in stock.

Items needing to be ordered will be dispatched asap depending on supplier availability.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

All orders are shipped using a flat rate of £5.99 for standard shipping (2-3 days)

Free local deliveries on orders over £10 covering South Brent, Avonwick, Bittaford, Ivybridge and Ugborough.

Where local delivery is available, deliveries will occur on Wednesdays only. Cutoff for placing orders is 4pm Tuesday for next day delivery, orders placed after 4pm Tuesday will be delivered the following Wednesday or available to pick up from the shop.

Packaging

All our parcel boxes are made of recyclable cardboard.

All our envelopes are made from eco-friendly paper with plastic-free paper padding.

All our packages are sealed with brown recycled paper tape which is 100% biodegradable and compostable.
