Jo’s Eco is open for orders 20×7

We operate as a business with normal working hours Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.

Yes, if you live locally you can pick up your order. When you access the shop section of the website, a popup will appear with the heading “Select pickup location”.

The only location is our address – if that is ok, click the “See Menu” button and continue with your order as usual.

When you place your order, you will be able to choose an available time slot.

If you have any concerns or are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us either through the contact form or directly by email at sales@joseco.co.uk

Please be aware that some of our product range we will be unable to accept back because of hygiene reasons, so please contact us to discuss before sending products back.

We are only able to accept returns on specific items up to 28 days from when the order was placed.

All orders over £50 are eligible for free UK standard delivery.

All orders placed Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following business day for items in stock.

Items needing to be ordered will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

All orders under £50 are shipped using a flat rate of £3.99 for standard shipping (2-3 days)
